You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide ongoing coaching to develop your team, and utilize data to ensure that sales objectives are met or exceeded. This leadership position requires a passion for developing high-performing teams and an ability to execute on sales strategies in a fast-paced environment.Accountabilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing remote sales team of 3-4 sales managers to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- Drive the development and execution of sales strategies, ensuring that managers achieve or surpass their sales targets.
- Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales processes.
- Collaborate with Go-To-Market, Operations, and Enablement teams to refine systems and drive sales growth.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring to sales managers, helping them develop their skills and maximize their potential.
- Establish clear performance metrics, hold the team accountable, and foster a culture of collaboration and achievement.
- Proven leadership experience managing sales teams, particularly in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in managing frontline leaders and helping them navigate complex challenges.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving exceptional results.
- Analytical mindset, with expertise in using CRM tools (such as SFDC) to track performance and optimize sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate, engage, and develop teams.
- Deep empathy for customers, with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to align on goals and drive success.
