From onboarding to long-term optimization, you will guide users through training, troubleshoot issues, and provide data-driven insights that improve their operational performance. You’ll be a trusted partner throughout the customer journey, working cross-functionally to enhance user satisfaction and retention. This is a remote-based role with minimal travel, ideal for someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and committed to customer success.Accountabilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers adopt best practices and maximize platform usage
- Deliver training sessions and resources to improve customer proficiency
- Monitor and respond to support requests, ensuring timely resolutions
- Analyze customer data and usage trends to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain clear and helpful documentation in a knowledge base
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Implementation, and Account Management
- At least 2 years of experience in customer success, preferably in a SaaS or supply chain environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Quick to learn new technology platforms and tools
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
- Must be based in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this role
