The company is now a part of Internet Brands, a KKR portfolio company and owner of WebMD Health Corp.DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Publisher Manager to oversee, nurture, and expand existing direct partnerships the PulsePoint DSP has with publishers within a dedicated portfolio of premium endemic publishers.In this role, you will be responsible for advancing a joint commercial and technical roadmap with these publishers, aligning supply-side revenue opportunities with the shape of our DSP demand, and executing our overall endemic publisher strategy aligned with our overall DSP strategy.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of our endemic publisher-focused initiatives.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing publisher relationships within an SSP, publisher, or adtech firm.Key Responsibilities:Actively manage endemic publisher partnerships, contributing directly to partnership targets and success.Effectively communicate the PulsePoint DSP strategy and value proposition to our endemic publishers.Support the onboarding process for new publishers, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our platform, including hosting external kickoff and planning sessions, project managing publisher & new supply launches, including publishers/placements setup, applying block lists & format restrictions, placement mapping, etc.Be responsible for post-launch optimization and monitoring, including reviewing publisher KPIs, including revenue, fill rates, CPMs, NPI overlap, etc.You will be expected to run extensive and continuous discovery conversations, develop success strategies and mutual action plans, track and ensure partner performance, and schedule and manage regular check-ins, QBR’s, and other related meetings.Build and cultivate relationships with our partners’ teams, clear understanding of the different stakeholders and decision makers in their organization.Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and sales teams to align our publisher management efforts with overall business objectives.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities in the publisher landscape.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to help the company remain competitive in the adtech space.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in publisher management, account management, or publisher development within the ad tech industry.Familiarity with programmatic advertising, including SSPs, DSPs, and digital media sales.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at various levels.Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.Time zone:9am-6pm ET preferred, but also open to PT/MT/CT hoursWhat we’ll give to you:Comprehensive healthcare with medical, dental, and vision options, and 100%-paid life & disability insurance401(k) MatchGenerous paid vacation and sick timePaid parental leave & adoption assistanceAnnual tuition assistanceBetter Yourself Wellness programGroup volunteer opportunities and fun eventsCommuting subsidy and commuter benefitsA referral bonus program -- we love hiring referrals here at PulsePointNote that this role is hybrid in our Newark, NJ office (283-299 Market Street, 4th Floor, Newark, NJ 07102); we are also open to remote candidatesAnd there’s a lot more!Watch this video to learn more about our culture and get a sense of what it’s like to work at PulsePoint!Selection Process:Initial Phone Screen (30 minutes)Hiring Manager Interview (30 minutes)Team Interview (30 minutes each with 2-3 people this role will be working closely with)Case StudyReference Checks (2-3 references) Target Salary: $150k-165k base + 15-16.5k bonus
