Shift: 8-hour shifts between 7:30 am - 7:00 pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour plus incentivesWe are hiring 20 Remote Customer Service Representatives for our client based in Greensboro, NC! This is a remote opportunity with the convenience of working from home, but candidates must reside in the Triad Area to qualify. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls, identify their needs, and provide assistance
• Resolve routine and escalated customer service issues efficiently
• Assist customers in navigating the company website and troubleshooting issues
• Accurately document customer interactions in the computer system
• Achieve productivity and customer satisfaction goals
• Adapt to the department’s needs with flexibility and a positive attitude

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or call center environments
• Previous Collections Experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
• Basic office mathematics and general computer skills required.
• Previous Experience with SAP and/or Speedpay a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must successfully complete customer service training and demonstrate proficiency
