For more information about Crum & Forster, please visit our website: Job Description:The Premium Audit Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing and coordinating all communication activities related to S&S premium audits. This role involves handling phone and email inquiries, providing clear and accurate information to clients, and supporting the audit team in delivering high-quality service, while contributing to the overall success of the premium audit process.We are hiring for multiple positions and fully remote.What you will do for C&F:
- Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding premium audit inquiries and issues.
- Respond to phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate and detailed information.
- Explain audit processes, findings, and recommendations to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
- Complete Non-Compliant Audit communications to the insured/business partners to gather premium audit documentation.
- Coordination and Support:
- Coordinate communication between clients and the premium audit team to ensure smooth and efficient audit processes.
- Assist auditors in gathering necessary information and documentation from clients.
- Schedule and confirm audit appointments, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with clients.
- Prepare and distribute audit reports, summaries, and other relevant documents to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Track and report on communication metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance communication processes and client interactions.
- Develop and implement best practices for managing premium audit communications.
- Collaborate with the audit team to streamline workflows and improve overall service delivery.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all communications comply with company policies, industry regulations, and audit standards.
- Review and verify the accuracy of information provided to and received by clients.
- Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with an equivalent to High school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Analytical Skills: Ability to review and interpret complex data and audit reports. Strong problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in reviewing audit reports and maintaining records. Thoroughness in following audit procedures and guidelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly explain audit findings and requirements to policyholders, agents, and auditors.
- Teamwork: Engages and aligns with others for the benefit of the team and company.
- Customer Focus: Provides quality/timely service to internal and external customers.
- Additionally, the successful candidate will be highly motivated with a positive outlook, possess a service mentality, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
