- Leadership & Personal Development Training – Strengthen your skills through daily self-education and mentorship.
- Create & Manage Advertising Campaigns – Write and place targeted ads across various digital platforms to generate high-quality inquiries.
- Conduct Structured Interviews – Speak with prospective candidates over the phone to assess their potential and alignment (scripts and training provided).
- Implement a Proven System – Follow a step-by-step process to drive results and achieve your growth goals.
- Facilitate Connection Calls – Coordinate Q&A sessions between candidates and experienced team leaders.
- Mentor and Support New Team Members – Provide onboarding guidance and encourage early success through structured support.
- Have a genuine interest in personal growth, mindset, and self-leadership
