As a Telephone Sales Agent at Direct Solar, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be effectively promoting our products and services to potential clients while also identifying opportunities to increase revenue from existing customers through established sales strategies. Key Requirements: • Prior experience in outbound call center roles • Bonus - You speak Spanish • Bonus - you have experience in the solar industry Responsibilities: • Engage with potential customers over the phone in both English and Spanish to highlight the advantages of solar products and services. • Employ effective sales techniques to propose additional solar solutions to customers. • Provide thorough comparisons between Direct Solar's offerings and competitors' products to aid customers in making well-informed decisions. • Manage and ensure timely responses to emails. • Gain a deep understanding of competitor pricing, packaging, and products while staying updated on Direct Solar's offerings. • Collaborate within a dynamic team environment that fosters growth and development opportunities. • Participate in workshops and training sessions focused on enhancing sales skills and product knowledge. Qualifications: Education: • High School diploma or equivalent. • Able to communicate English effectively • Associate Degree in relevant fields such as Business, Communication, or Management preferred. Skills: • Proficient in using computers, email, chat, and office software. • Familiarity with Wi-Fi technologies and Internet Explorer. • Strong knowledge of Direct Solar target market(s). • Ability to work in a compliance and regulatory environment. Experience: • Previous outbound sales experience is a must. • Demonstrated communication skills. • Comfortable navigating the Internet and using IT search engine tools.
