- Assist in managing and organizing office operations and procedures.
- Provide administrative support including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information regarding insurance products and services.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to client information, claims, and policy documentation.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely communication and completion of tasks.
- Engage in research to support various projects and provide insights as needed.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and client communications.
- Support the team in updating and maintaining the company’s database and CRM system.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Basic understanding of insurance terminology and procedures is preferred.
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role.
- Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM software and office management tools.
