Job description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual as the Senior Manager of Corporate Development for our headquarters located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The successful candidate will execute mergers and acquisitions, investments, and various aspects of corporate strategy, business planning, and analytical initiatives.Job DescriptionAbout this teamReporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Senior Manager of Corporate Development will play a pivotal role in driving growth through M&A to further the company's objectives.What you'll do


  • Execute corporate development initiatives, including identifying potential opportunities for expansion or diversification.

  • Facilitate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, including due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration efforts.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align corporate development efforts with overall company goals.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to support organizational objectives.

  • Utilize analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and drive growth.

What you'll need

  • Experience in investment banking and corporate development is required.

  • Experience facilitating global collaboration in remote work settings.

  • Demonstrated expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial analysis, and valuation analysis.

  • Proven experience in business planning, analytical assessment, and strategic execution.

  • Strong background in corporate development, with a track record of driving growth and maximizing value.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; relevant years of experience will also be considered.

What's good to have

  • Experience within the internet consumer industry or B2C is highly desirable.

  • Experience in technology investment banking.

Salary & EligibilityStarting pay range$130,000-$175,000 USDPay TransparencyIndividual pay is based on location, transferable skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This estimated range is based on the best available market data and factors, all of which are subject to change.
