As the EVMS Central Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring MFC maintains a compliant EVMS and providing enterprise oversight to EVMS surveillance reviews.Your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing all EVM activities for MFC and maintaining oversight of external and internal surveillance activities for EVMS DFARS programs

  • Coordinating with Government agencies, Program Managers, Program Finance Managers, Program Planning Managers, EVMS Tools Team, and other EVM support personnel to ensure EVMS compliance and implementation

  • Working closely with the Central Finance EVMS Senior Manager to ensure MFC maintains a compliant EVMS

  • Providing enterprise oversight to EVMS surveillance reviews with DCMA and internal surveillance at various MFC sites

  • Supporting special assignments, participating in Corporate Program Finance Council, facilitating PPM 101 and other related training, and providing support to EVM CCB and EVMS Steering Committee

  • Managing a core team of EVMS practitioners and tool experts to ensure effective EVMS implementation and compliance

  • Analyzing and resolving complex EVMS issues, and developing and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Earned value management experience

  • Experience working on DFARS programs

  • EVM process and tool experience

  • Experience with Data Driven Metrics (DDM)

  • Demonstrated leadership ability through manager/leadership experience

  • Proven successful team management experience illustrated through related work experience

  • Working knowledge Cost Principles and Government Compliance

  • Demonstrated financial/analytical experience

  • Experience demonstrating senior level ability to research and successfully resolve complex and business critical issues

  • Ability to travel as needed

Desired skills


  • PPM 101 or equivalent training

  • Experience with working with Defense Contract Management Agency

  • Ability to work with people at all levels within Lockheed Martin, Program Management, teammates, and Government stakeholders
