Location: Remote (Occasional travel to Milwaukee, WI) Requirements & Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Technical Expertise:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs
- Experience with Hybris modules: PCM, WCMS, Order Management, Promotions, etc.
- Familiarity with SAP integrations (ERP, CRM) and data synchronizationUnderstanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Experience with tools like Jenkins, Git, JIRA, and Confluence
- Strong understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and system architecture
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Proven experience leading development teams
- Experience mentoring junior developers
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Top 3 Required Skills: * Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers
- Hands-on experience with SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud, including strong Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful API knowledge
- Expertise with Hybris modules such as PCM, WCMS, Order Management, and Promotions
