- Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, making 300-400 calls per day.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs.
- Present and demonstrate telecom products and services to potential clients.
- Develop customized solutions to meet customers' telecommunications requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to customers
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Promote Singular Solutions' services with a focus on saving customers money and upgrading their home phone service.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in telecom or sales-related cold-calling roles
- Familiarity with telecom products and services
- Telemarketing best practices preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
