This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated early-career professional to gain hands-on experience supporting construction-phase activities on exciting and impactful building projects.*This role can sit in San Francisco, Seattle, or Los Angeles*Notable projects include:

• UCSF New Hospital at Parnassus Heights


• Multiple state-of-the-art all-electric hospitals


• SFO terminal upgrade


• Refurbishment of the San Francisco Symphony


• Confidential corporate campuses


• Data centers across the U.S.

The Opportunity

• Assist in reviewing RFIs and submittals with guidance from senior engineers.


• Attend site visits and document job site observations.


• Help coordinate responses from multidisciplinary design teams.


• Support project teams in tracking construction progress and documentation.


• Learn how to apply engineering design principles in field conditions.

Is this role right for you?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a construction-related field.


• Familiarity with mechanical systems and basic construction processes.


• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to communicate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.


• Professional Engineering (PE) license in the U.S.


• LEED Accreditation or WELL Certification.
