Job description: Job OverviewThe Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for supporting BI and Data Analytics requirements in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team. The overall objective is to provide infrastructure technology teams with data driven insights, helping them work efficiently.Responsibilities:Design and maintain various dashboards and supporting data streams, and assist with the automation of repetitive tasksPerform impact analyses, solve high impact problems/projects, and provide resolution to improve servicesWork with business and technical teams for requirement discussions and should be able to execute projects end to endProvide technical/strategic direction to team members/developersEnsure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements for application infrastructureAble to research and help migrate application/components to latest technologyHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:6-10 years of experience in roles centered around Business Intelligence/Data Analytics/Web Application Development, preferably dealing with infrastructure dataGood hands-on experience with one or more BI tools and DBMSAbility to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and best practicesAbility to work with virtual / in-person teams, and work under pressure / to a deadlineExperience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferredEffective written and verbal communication skillsEffective analytic/diagnostic skillsAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audienceEducation:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceJob Family Group: TechnologyJob Family: InfrastructureTime Type: Full timePrimary Location: Irving Texas United StatesPrimary Location Full Time Salary Range: $125,760.00 - $188,640.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
