Virtual Assistant – Full-Time, Remote
Pay: $1,200 – $1,800 USD / month (+ annual bonus)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8-hour shift (flexible within business hours)

- What You’ll Do
- Answer calls & emails, capture client details, book jobs.
- Manage reminders and job updates in Jobber & GoHighLevel.
- Support Sales & Production Managers with admin and follow-up tasks.
- What You Need
- Fluent, confident English (spoken & written).
- Fast learner who adapts quickly to new tools and processes.
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a customer-first mindset.
