Role Description



This role involves working directly with China-based manufacturers to enhance their ecommerce presence across Amazon.




  • Help the global Pattern sales team close partnerships with Chinese manufacturers


  • Interface with our global Amazon team to educate prospects on our approach


  • Develop a culture of solution-based selling with a focus on value-based outcomes vs. feature/function


  • Manage and lead marketing and business development, two direct reports


  • Be an exemplary brand champion and work closely with marketing to maximize brand awareness and lead generation possibilities


  • Overall management of sales team activity


  • Comfortable using Salesforce and Strategic Selling Methodologies: MEDDIC, Solution Selling, and Challenger Sale Methodologies


  • Analyze assignments of accounts and territory management for maximum results


  • Implement prospecting process


  • Forecast accurately


  • Monitor regional competitors and provide feedback to global marketing and product teams



Qualifications




  • A highly motivated consultative sales leader with a proven track record of success in Enterprise sales and management of high-velocity teams


  • 6+ years of selling experience


  • Experience with China’s market


  • Fluency in Mandarin


  • Advanced industry insight in the markets Pattern operates in


  • Natural marketing instincts – knows how to drive new business opportunities


  • Hands-on, able to succeed in a highly entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment


  • Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, coaching, planning, and organizational skills


  • Ambitious and have a desire to succeed within a fast-growing SaaS company


  • Highly motivated, organized, and self-disciplined
