Call Centerl Represenative (Remote)

This leader in shareholder communications has an opportunity for Call Center Representatives to make outbound calls to confirm information. Must have Salesforce experience
- This is a temporary role for approximately 8+ weeks.What you need to know:
- Starting Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr
- Hours: 11 am-7 pm EST, Monday through Friday
- 100% Remote role
- Temporary position to start either the week of May 15th or May 22nd and lasting approximately 8+ weeks
- What you need to apply:
- 1+ years of prior experience in customer service (via phone or in person) role
- Salesforce experience
- The ability to communicate effectively. Be clear and concise.
- A computer
- Patience
- Enthusiasm
- A typical day as a Call Center Representative might include:
- Place outbound calls to shareholders or members to confirm votes and/ or answer any questions shareholder/s may have.
- Follow the script to ensure compliance.
- Submit accurate and comprehensive call history for each account.
- Meet quality assurance requirements and time metrics.
- Will eventually receive inbound calls from shareholders and members.
