Job Responsibilities…

? Assist clients with managing their American Express (Amex) accounts, including navigating the online portal, understanding account features, and addressing inquiries.

? Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.

? Process account transactions, such as payments, balance transfers, and rewards redemption, in accordance with client instructions and company policies.

? Monitor account activity for fraudulent or suspicious transactions, taking appropriate action to safeguard client accounts and prevent unauthorized access.

? Educate clients on Amex products, services, and benefits, helping them make informed decisions that align with their financial goals and preferences.

Requirements:
