Commerce, Data & Identity provides core product management functions for digital commerce, identity, growth initiatives, messaging, privacy, and data science across Disney Entertainment & ESPN, and other Disney entities.
We seek a visionary product executive for the role of Vice President, Product Management – Commerce. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and shape innovative global commerce experiences that boost subscriber growth, monetization, and retention, delighting millions worldwide. Define and execute the global commerce product strategy, focusing on subscriber growth, monetization, retention, billing, and customer experience.
Lead a team of senior product leaders and oversee a broader organization of over 30 product management professionals.
Drive innovation in subscription services and digital commerce through experimentation, A/B testing, and analytics.
Collaborate with engineering, legal, customer support, and viewer experience teams for effective delivery of commerce solutions.
Partner with senior stakeholders across various functions to ensure cohesive product delivery.
Establish KPIs aligned with business goals and drive product improvements based on data and user feedback.
Develop, mentor, and attract top product management talent.
15+ years of product management leadership, with a proven record of growth in commerce and subscription-based digital products.
~ Extensive experience with digital commerce platforms, subscription services, monetization, payment systems, and customer retention.
~ Proven ability to lead and scale global product teams across international markets and platforms.
~ Strong analytical skills, experienced in large-scale experimentation and A/B testing.
~ Excellent communication skills to articulate vision to executives and stakeholders.
