This flexible, contract-based, work-from-home position is ideal for church leaders and individuals passionate about outreach and global understanding.
- In this role, you will:
- Recruit volunteer families from your church or network to host international students
- Partner with local high schools to support student enrollment
- Serve as a liaison between students, host families, and our main office
- Provide support throughout the exchange year

- Outgoing, friendly, and a great communicator
- Comfortable working independently and setting your own schedule
- Passionate about youth ministry, cultural understanding, and service
- Social media savvy and able to network online/offline
- Access to reliable transportation and a computer
