The Role:
We're looking for a data-driven, technically skilled Google Marketing Specialist who can take our ecommerce growth to the next level. You’ll manage and optimize our presence across Google Shopping, Google Ads, YouTube, and more—while collaborating with our web team to ensure everything is technically dialed in.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Google Shopping campaigns, including product feed management and troubleshooting
Run and scale Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns with a focus on ROI
Collaborate with creative and social teams to support YouTube ad strategy
Work with our developers and ecommerce team to link reviews, performance data, and product attributes across our website and Google tools
Provide clear, actionable weekly reports on performance, spend, and strategy pivots
Stay current on platform changes, updates, and ecommerce trends
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Shopping and Ads for ecommerce
Strong understanding of feed optimization (Merchant Center, data structure, GTINs, etc.)
Knowledge of YouTube Ads and creative best practices
Technically capable: comfortable working with UTM parameters, conversion tracking, review integrations, and website team collaboration
Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio
Self-motivated, organized, and performance-focused
