✅ Opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology projects
As a Transcriptionist (Spanish), you will:
Transcribe a variety of audio files in Spanish (and some English), which may include diverse accents, crosstalk, and background noise.
Follow detailed English-language transcription guidelines, including speaker identification and formatting rules.
Conduct light quality assurance checks to ensure proper spelling, formatting, and style adherence.
Requirements
Native-level fluency in Spanish (Caribbean or LATAM dialects preferred) and strong English communication skills (C1 or C2 level preferred)
2+ years of Spanish transcription experience
Typing speed of 75+ WPM with 98%+ accuracy
Proven ability to meet weekly transcription quotas
Familiarity with transcription tools and cloud-based environments (e.g., file uploads, secure storage)

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience editing or reviewing ASR (automated speech recognition) transcripts
Familiarity with file encoding and transcription file formats
Experience using text editors and shared dictionaries
Ability to improve audio clarity using basic tools
Light spreadsheet and data entry skills
Understanding of transcription’s role in AI/Machine Learning projects
