Sales Development Representative, US Region
- Description:
- Drive outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
- Engage with CTOs, IT Directors, and infrastructure decision-makers to uncover business needs
- Craft compelling messaging across platforms to stand out in a crowded market
- Use social media and online tools to personalize outreach and build relationships
- Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine strategies and improve performance
- Represent Servers.com at industry events, conferences, and virtual meetups
- Meet and exceed individual sales development targets
- Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a tech-driven or B2B environment
- Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets in a performance-based setting
- Strong communication and storytelling skills – written and verbal
- A curious mindset and excellent active listening/questioning skills
- Motivation to thrive in a high-growth environment with uncapped potential
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a constantly evolving sales landscape
