Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Teletherapy
An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services for K-8 students with moderate to severe needs in Hanford, CA. - Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
- Implement teletherapy sessions, providing direct support to students in a virtual setting.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Utilize SEIS (Special Education Information System) for documentation and tracking of student services.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights regarding speech therapy goals and achievements.
- Remain current with best practices and advancements in teletherapy techniques for effective service delivery.
- Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current CCC-SLP certification.
- Experience with SEIS is required.
- Previous teletherapy experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and families.
