Online Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Duties
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer accounts by updating information and resolving any issues
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Assist with resolving complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records
- Conduct outbound calling for follow-ups or surveys
- Requirements
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle various customer situations
- Experience with cash handling and processing transactions is preferred
- Knowledge of computerized systems for data entry and customer management
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse customer needs
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $843.00 - $2,050.00 per week
