  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting; active sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and closing
  • Deliver a best in class candidate experience front-to-back
  • Work across functions; convey and share information, feedback, and ideas with others clearly and concisely
  • Assess and update current recruiting procedures and design new ones as needed, including application processes, onboarding and interview stages
  • Research and choose new job advertising options, write adverts and manage postings
  • Independently track your metrics to ensure the candidate pipeline is strong at each stage
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and providing feedback; suggest training as needed
  • Support our strategic recruiting initiatives as they come; internships, events, and campus recruiting

What We're Looking For:

    You are a resourceful recruiter with 3+ years of experience hiring technical talent; sourcing, screening, managing and closing candidates. You're an enthusiastic and collaborative problem-solver who proactively adjusts their priorities to manage a high-volume of roles
  • 3+ years full life-cycle technical recruiting experience at an agency or in-house
  • Experience in a start-up environment and/or recruiting for start-ups a plus
  • Experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to independently manage and drive several processes concurrently
