Senior Product Analyst, Platform Analytics, Victoria’s Secret Stores Brand Management, LLC, Reynoldsburg, OH. Investigate and understand customer motivations and shopping behaviors who engage with digital products (Mobile, Desktop, Tablet, and Apps). Responsible for all aspects of digital analytics data collection. Manage digital analytics tools and their implementation on both web and native platforms. Define, design, and document technical measurement requirements. Work with cross functional teams to obtain KPIs and create web and app tagging requirements. Establish and maintain clear documentation for app and web tracking standards including variable and report suite settings as well as process documentation. Identify successes, trends, and potential problem areas. Provide insight on data trends and anomalies, making recommendations where appropriate to improve business/platform performance. Analyze website data on traffic sources and patterns, order volume, conversion funnel, navigation behavior, and product selection. Develop and implement processes and procedures to regularly test and improve online creative content and stie features and/or functionality using A/B and multivariate testing. Execute A/B tests and monitor results for applicable enhancements. Answer ad-hoc questions through deep-dive analyses. Create, maintain and/or enhance upon Adobe Workspace dashboards. Gather requirements from both the business and the platform teams and translate to technical requirements for analytics. Draft clear and concise set of technical requirements and strategically develop and implement web analytics code to enable tracking of online properties using Tealium iQ. Ensure relevant traffic and key performance metrics are captured in order to provide actionable insights. Follow best practices for Adobe Cloud Solution integration. Integrate and optimize best practices with analytics, targets, and personalization. Assist the team with smaller scope tag management implementations. Collaborate with other Product teams to unlock dependencies and effectively leverage shared data, systems, and service. Analyze implementation health utilizing the Solution Design Reference (SDR) and report findings to the Manager of Digital Analytics and other stakeholders. Work with the analytics team to troubleshoot data collection issues and maintain/update Tealium tags and Analytics setup. Ensure quality, compliance, and performance, manage technical debt, and ensure rapid response to customer or business issues. Follow and create alerts to monitor the tagging implementation. Proactively create testing and tagging use cases to test against. Work with partners to create automated testing of analytics to ensure consistent data capture. Work with the product teams to execute Lean/Agile processes and ceremonies including backlog creation and grooming, research/prototyping, development, testing, deployment, analysis, and retrospectives. Create a solid and user digestible set of technical documents, through process documentation, identify possibilities for improvement. Gather, document and clearly communicate various analytical requirements, business use cases, and user acceptance criteria from key stake holders and SMEs. Document all data standards and processes as appropriate. Evolve and optimize processes and standards to build speed, quality, agility, and flexibility for the Enterprise. Collaborate with our Product Owners (PO), Product Analysts (PA), User Experience (UX), Business, and Technology teams. Educate team members on how to access and interpret data for self service requests. Remote Work Available. Telecommuting required – employee may live anywhere in the United States.
