We are now launching a new Web3 and AI startup, expanding our commitment to quality and innovation into the next era of technology-driven growth and digital transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Foundation & Visual IdentityDevelop comprehensive brand foundations, including brand story, visual identity, and messaging frameworks.Design or direct the creation of all core visual assets: logo systems (primary, secondary, variants), typography, color palettes, icons, page layouts, official stamp, letterhead, and business cards.Develop and maintain detailed brand guidelines, including target audience personas, brand voice, and messaging principles.Create essential branded templates and assets, including invoice templates, email signatures, HR templates (such as Hiring Ads, Offer letters, onboarding kits, etc.), PPT templates, and other operational collateral.External & Internal CommunicationEnsure all communication—both external (clients, partners, media, public) and internal (employees, leadership, teams)—is consistent, coherent, and strictly aligned with brand guidelines.Create, review, and manage the distribution of company-wide communications, internal newsletters, press releases, announcements, and other key messages.Maintain high standards of clarity, tone, and style in every stakeholder interaction, reinforcing the brand’s voice and values at all touchpoints.SEO Content WritingOptimize website content for SEO and user engagement; write SEO-compliant articles and blog posts to drive organic traffic.Events & SponsorshipsPlan, coordinate, and execute major events, conferences, and sponsorships to enhance brand presence and stakeholder engagement.Deliver all event-related communications and collateral in line with brand identity and messaging.Creative & Content ManagementCollaborate with agencies and internal teams to conceptualize, design, and proofread marketing materials, social media creatives, video scripts, and campaign content.Oversee creative production, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.Social Media & Digital Content StrategyDevelop and execute content strategies for all major social media platforms, including: X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.Plan and manage a content calendar for these platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.Curate, create, and publish content in various formats (text, images, videos, stories, reels, shorts, etc.) tailored to each platform.Monitor and analyze social media performance; refine strategies based on analytics to maximize reach, engagement, and growth.Ensure all digital content is SEO-optimized and aligned with ongoing campaigns and brand messaging.Marketing CollateralProduce high-quality, print-ready marketing collateral such as professionally designed digital brochures and other branded materials.Required Experience & SkillsDemonstrated expertise in branding, content strategy, and multi-channel marketing for startups, consultancies, or B2B organizations.Experience ensuring consistency and coherence in all external and internal communications with diverse stakeholders, in strict alignment with brand guidelines.Expertise in SEO content writing, regular social media posting, and analytics-driven content optimization.Experience in event management and sponsorships.Proficiency with design and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite).Experience creating, scheduling, and managing posts on X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.Strong creative, written, and verbal communication skills.Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration abilities.Knowledge or experience with content production in fintech, technology, blockchain, AI, Web3, or investment finance sectors will be highly desired.Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience developing and executing content strategies for multiple digital and social platforms.Ability to optimize SEO and craft compelling campaigns across traditional and digital media.Skilled in event planning, sponsorship management, and stakeholder engagement.Proven history of creating detailed brand guidelines and managing creative teams.Academic background in marketing, communications, design, or related fields.Relevant certifications in digital marketing, social media, or related areas are a plus.Prior exposure to content production for fintech, tech, blockchain, AI, Web3, or investment finance brands will be considered a strong advantage.Application RequirementsSubmission of a portfolio is mandatory.
