Sales Excecutive

MM Hayes is hiring a sales executive to drive growth across North America in our UKG Practice. The sales executive will be responsible for expanding the existing MM Hayes client footprint as well as managing and driving growth within our existing client base. We are looking for someone that understands, and has experience, selling technology services and solutions - and also has the consultative and collaborative skills to recommend the right UKG solution, at the right time, to become a trusted advisor to that client for life! The focus will be on healthcare organizations initially (in the acute space) ranging from small to mid-size hospitals, as well as selling into large enterprise level healthcare institutions.

    Primary Responsibilities
  • Client acquisition and retention
  • Drive significant revenue generation and account expansion initiatives, focusing on large enterprise deals and long-term partnerships
  • Continuously bring ideas to the table and communicate to leadership
  • Forecasting and key tasks updated daily within respective CRM’s
  • Foster and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers in all accounts, leveraging your successful years of enterprise selling experience to act as a trusted advisor
  • Onsite executive business reviews required in all assigned accounts bringing key stakeholders to the table
  • Utilize your extensive sales expertise to craft and implement sophisticated sales strategies for all prospects, addressing industry-specific challenges and opportunities to drive demand
    Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven success selling technology services and solutions in Healthcare at the C level, to include implementation, optimization, and managed services
  • Multi-year experience selling, and exceeding quota, with Workforce Management or Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions, preferably UKG
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • High level of collaboration internally and externally

    Salary
  • $140k-165k/yr (may be adjusted based on experience) plus commission
