Responsibilities: • Answer and manage inbound calls, emails, and online booking requests promptly and professionally. • Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer support, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling service requests. • Assist technicians in the field by relaying messages, updating schedules, and coordinating job details. • Maintain accurate customer records, job details, and schedules using our internal systems. • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service timelines, technician arrivals, and follow-up needs. • Process payments, invoices, and other administrative tasks as needed. • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • Prior customer service experience required, preferably in a service-based industry. • Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required—training will be provided. • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to shift between phone calls, emails, and technician support. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency with computers and scheduling software. • A positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service.
