Manage and develop a high performing team of recruiters responsible for end-to-end recruiting and consultation across geographies; including research, building robust pipelines for critical skills, sourcing, candidate assessment, interview and offer management. Provide leadership to redefine the way we attract talent; creating an engaging, productive recruitment team that inspires innovation and thrives on continuous learning. Drive performance and behaviors with recruiters and clients to achieve positive outcomes and business KPIs; partner with internal teams (local and global) on identifying and executing operational efficiencies. Collaborate with HR partners and business leadership on the workforce demand to meet overall business targets, as well as communication of strategy, initiatives and performance metrics.
