About the position

As a Creative at the Apple Store, your primary responsibility is to inspire and educate customers about Apple products and services. You will serve as an instructor, guiding both small groups and individual customers through the learning process. Your role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment where customers feel comfortable sharing their ideas and learning how to bring their visions to life. You will utilize your presentation skills to facilitate training sessions, helping users get set up and trained on their devices. Listening to customers is equally important; you will take the time to understand their goals and adjust your teaching style to meet their individual needs. In addition to leading scheduled sessions, you will engage with customers in the store, enriching their experience through your knowledge and enthusiasm. Your role will also involve some sales responsibilities, as you will be comfortable recommending products and services that can help customers achieve their goals.
