What You'll Do:
Communicate with customers via chat to provide excellent service and support
Answer questions, resolve issues, and guide customers through our platform
Process orders, payments, and other basic service requests
Maintain a professional, helpful, and friendly tone at all times
Follow company procedures and service standards
What We’re Looking For:
A positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized while chatting with customers
Willingness to learn — no experience needed, we’ll train you!
Basic computer literacy and typing skills
A quiet work environment and reliable internet connection
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality
Familiarity with online chat systems or CRM tools
Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
