The Senior Coordinator – Sales Marketing for Latin America role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and execute B2B communications and marketing strategies for both external customers and internal stakeholders across the Latin America and Caribbean region. The candidate will play an integral role in collaborating with Delta and partner airlines on strategic initiatives while contributing to impactful branding and collateral development.
This position will report to the Manager, Latin America B2B Marketing and Communications and will be based at the G.O. in Atlanta.
- Job Summary
- Coordinate B2B Marketing Communications: Act as the project coordinator for B2B marketing communications, supporting the sales team across the Latin region.
- Event Support: Oversee logistics and contribute to the creative and content development for in-region events, including large-scale events such as INSIGHTS.
- Collateral & Toolkits Production: Produce printed and digital collateral, toolkits, training materials, and customer presentations in partnership with our in-house creative agency.
- Execute External Communications: Develop and deploy media campaigns, ad-hoc emails, quarterly partner airline newsletters, and internal communications, while tracking and reporting performance.
- Sales Team Engagement: Proactively work with the Sales team to coordinate, communicate, and maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Partner Airlines: Develop joint marketing communications with partner airline colleagues at Aeromexico and LATAM and provide regular updates on key initiatives to internal stakeholders.
- Digital Content Management: Author and update content for LAC B2B digital channels (Delta Professional, Cloud Pages, Global Sales Hub, LAC Resource Hub, Partner Hubs) and monitor performance to ensure relevance.
- Translation Oversight: Manage translation processes for B2B marketing projects to ensure accuracy and contextual relevance.
- Project Delivery & Vendor Management: Ensure projects are executed on time and within budget while assisting in external vendor management.

- What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)
- At least 2-4 years of equivalent work experience.
- Experience in travel industry sales, marketing, and operations is a valuable asset, as is a strong understanding of Delta's products, services, market positioning, sales strategies, and tools.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and work effectively with internal teams and external partners is critical.
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail, strong writing skills, the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines as required.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with diverse teams across multiple cultures/countries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential. Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.
- Must be fluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish abilities a plus but not required.
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
- Must be performing satisfactorily in current position.

- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
