The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. American Express entered the travel agency business in 1915 and today is one of the world’s largest luxury travel and lifestyle service networks. The Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) business provides exclusive access, differentiated value, extraordinary service, and unrivaled expertise to premium Card Members seeking leisure or business travel, as well as a variety of lifestyle services. The TLS COE (Center of Excellence) is tasked with uniting the travel and lifestyle benefits and strategic travel partner relationships globally to create structured and focused plans towards advanced Card Member engagement with Amex travel benefits.
The Global Strategic Partnerships and Marketing (GPM) within TLS/American Express Travel brings together the best travel partners in the world to create unparalleled value and unforgettable experiences across the travel journey - and amplifies this to Card Members wherever they are.
The Senior Analyst, Global B2B and Industry Marketing will be part of the Global Industry Engagement team in TLS' GPM. This team is responsible for demonstrating premium value to our travel partners by demonstrating our thought leadership, relevant and curated data insights, and a well-articulated value proposition across the industry, and in partner conversations.

    Key responsibilities include:
  • Own and craft the continued evolution of the American Express Travel B2B 65 value story slides by acquiring the data updates from enterprise partners on a regular cadence (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
  • Maintain a library of content that underpins our positioning, partner value reinforcement and industry thought leadership e.g. newsletter, partner profiles, value story slides
  • Collaborate across the enterprise to proactively collect insights and harness the most relevant information that supports and propels our value story; distill this information to craft a global monthly partner newsletter
  • Diffuse value story into additional channels: cross-functional colleague and executive presentations, sell-in materials, business updates, and talking points with the industry
  • Manage B2B engagement and communication calendar, identifying and evolving existing opportunities
    Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to transform complex information into impactful messaging
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (including effectively crafting of presentations)
  • Experience owning a budget and processing associated invoices a plus
  • Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving organization, and thrives on a high level of autonomy and responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills, able to digest and distill various sources of data and insights to create clear messages for all levels of leadership
  • Excellent relationship-building with internal stakeholders
  • Travel industry experience a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree required

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
