    Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to airline passengers in Portuguese.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel-related concerns.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Communicate important flight information, policies, and updates clearly to customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on airline offerings and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
    Requirements
  • Fluency in Portuguese is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer relationship management software is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
