- We empower technical professionals to build the skills needed to effectively navigate and ultimately succeed in the hiring process at the world’s most competitive companies. As a Career Coach, you will leverage your expertise to guide students through this transition.What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Teach classes related to Career Transitions, Professional Branding (Resume and LinkedIn), Behavioral Interviews, and Offer Negotiations
- Conduct weekly office hours to support students through time-sensitive or difficult tasks
- Support in their Offer Negotiation/ Decision-making process
- Networking Strategy
- Advising on Interview/ Recruiter Communication strategies This Role May Be For You If:

- Strong written/ verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting along with 3+ Years of Managerial experience is Must.
- Should have recruited / hired Technical resources and has ability to guide learners on Interview Prep, Behavioral Interviews and Offer Negotiations.
- Should have experience working with MAANG Companies or Product Based Tier 1 Companies
- Experience as a career mentor or performance coach
- Available up to 10 hours per week
- Available to work on evenings and weekends
