- Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform raw datasets from multiple sources (spreadsheets, APIs, CRM exports) for internal analysis.
- Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards that track business metrics, customer behavior, and performance trends.
- Analyze A/B testing data and marketing campaign results to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with senior analysts to develop reports that are both visually appealing and easy to interpret for non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct exploratory analysis to uncover insights, patterns, and anomalies.
- Document your analysis methods and results in shared reports for team reference.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute insights to ongoing data-driven projects.
- Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Basic understanding of SQL and comfort working with databases.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, especially pivot tables and basic functions.
- Exposure to at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
- Familiarity with Python or R is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Salary: $50,000$65,000/year (pro-rated for part-time) based on experience.
