About the position

The Medicare Sales Specialist position at CVS Health is a remote telesales role focused on educating and assisting existing Medicare members in selecting appropriate coverage options.     Responsibilities
  • Work defined campaigns to assist Aetna Medicare members in finding appropriate coverage options.

  • Conduct compliant presentations throughout the sales process.

  • Acquire new members on available Medicare products via inbound and outbound campaigns.

  • Learn and adapt to new approaches using defined trainings, processes, and scripting.

  • Service existing members and address inquiries related to their product and benefits.

    Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years demonstrated sales experience.
  • ,
  • Active Health insurance license or must obtain within 30 days of hire date or within two attempts.
  • ,
  • Ability to obtain release if contracted with another firm/carrier (if applicable).

  • Active use of computer for daily job activities.
  • ,
  • Ability to multi-task while talking on the phone.

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
