Key Responsibilities:
Content Moderation: Review user-generated content and ensure it complies with Disney s guidelines and standards.
Data Entry: Accurately input data and maintain records of moderated content.
Community Management: Engage with users professionally and promptly address any inquiries or concerns.
Policy Enforcement: Enforce Disney s policies regarding acceptable content and behavior.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all moderated content meets Disney s quality standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues and improve moderation processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with online content platforms and social media. Ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions in accordance with established policies. Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus but not required.
