The Account Manager for Retail SMB at Verizon is responsible for introducing small and medium business customers to innovative 5G products and services tailored to their unique needs. - Responsibilities
- Introduce small and medium business customers to 5G products and services. ,
- Interact with customers in retail stores, digitally, and through outbound prospecting. ,
- Demonstrate the value of products and services by providing end-to-end technology solutions. ,
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and working leads and referrals. ,
- Partner with and mentor Consumer Retail Sales Representatives to drive small business results. ,
- Acquire and retain accounts in the small business segment. ,
- Utilize solutions-based selling techniques to address customer business problems. ,
- Conduct outbound sales prospecting and customer visits. ,
- Service the needs of the existing customer base. ,
- Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. ,
- Three or more years of relevant work experience. ,
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service. ,
- Valid driver's license. ,
- Willingness to travel.

- Outside sales experience including outbound prospecting. ,
- Wireless sales experience exceeding quota. ,
