Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital formats.
Data Verification: Ensure the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
Database Management: Maintain and update databases to keep information current and accurate.
Document Preparation: Organize and prepare documents for data entry.
Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity.
Reporting: Generate reports and summaries from data as needed.
Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary data and ensure accurate entry.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
