Virtual Executive Assistant
Description:
Manage calendars and scheduling efficiently
Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations and itineraries
Oversee social media management and engagement
Create professional PowerPoint presentations
Handle invoicing and manage payment processing
Prepare and submit expense reports
Provide excellent client care and support
Assist with light event planning and coordination
Manage and organize email correspondence
Help create and maintain procedural documents
Manage newsletters for distribution
Requirements: Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant Fully equipped home office, including a computer with the full version of MS Office 365 and high-speed internet access A smartphone with email capability A computer with a functioning webcam for virtual meetings Strong proficiency with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management software) Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
