About the Role We’re currently supporting a client in the financial industry who is shifting their focus toward data warehouse development. As part of this evolution, we’re seeking a Senior Data Analyst / Database Engineer to step in and support their ongoing data initiatives. If you're experienced with SQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, and Python, and have a background in data engineering or advanced analytics, this is an excellent opportunity to make a strategic impact. Requirements What You’ll Do • Work directly with the client’s data engineering and analytics teams to design and enhance their data warehouse architecture • Write efficient, scalable SQL queries and develop ETL/ELT pipelines • Maintain and optimize data structures in Snowflake and SQL Server • Develop robust data models and support data governance practices • Conduct deep-dive analyses, generate insights, and create dashboards or reports to support business decisions • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders Ideal Profile • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data engineering, or database development • Strong command of SQL (advanced querying, stored procedures, performance tuning) • Proven experience with SQL Server and Snowflake • Solid programming experience in Python, especially for data transformation and automation • Understanding of data warehousing concepts, normalization, indexing, and schema design • Bonus: Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar Apply Job!
