Household Mentors for Teens

We are committed to providing our students with the highest quality education and support. As a Household Mentor for Teens, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal. You will provide guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students in a family-like setting, residing on-campus with your partner and being responsible for daily devotions, leading students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and taking students on activities outside of class.
 *Key Responsibilities**
 Provide guidance and support to students in a family-like setting
 Reside on-campus with your partner
 Drive, administer medication, budget, report, and perform other tasks as needed
 *Requirements**
 Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
 Legally married couples who have been married for at least two years
 Age 27 or older
 No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
 Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
 Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
 *Benefits**
 Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more)
