As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will be engaging with our clients, providing them with insightful insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Total Compensation Package Includes Base Salary + Commissions + Bonus Opportunities = Range: $61,400.00 - $113,000.00 per year  NO CAP COMMISSIONS = sell more, EARN MORE $$$!

Requirements
 Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED*
 Proven sales and customer service experience  must provide reports or references to verify sales production *REQUIRED*
 Work well independently, but be able to collaborate with the team.
 Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up.
 Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
 Self starter with a sense of urgency to get the job done right
Responsibilities
 Achieve sales goals, develop new business, and cross-sell additional coverage to existing clients.
 Provide and maintain positive customer experiences.
 Actively train and improve product knowledge in order to provide clients with current, relevant advice.
 Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements and agency policies.
 Manage and organize a sales pipeline
