Travel Nurse - Case Management $2,440/wk

Be a Nomad. Qualifications • State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application. • Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS. • Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Case Management. • Trauma Level Experience Trauma level 1+. • EMR Must have experience with EMRs. • Skills Assessment CMA skills assessment with 2.7+ score. • Additional Confirmations I have previous experience with large facilities (200+ beds). • Additional Confirmations I am willing to work a day / night rotation. • Additional Confirmations I have 6 months of Level 1 experience within the last 2 years. • Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission. • COVID Vaccine Medical & religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed. • Travel Contract Local contracts within 75.0 miles not accepted. • Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.
