Responsibilities

Stay updated on company services, processes, and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A strong desire to help and support customers, with a passion for providing excellent service.
Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
