What You Will Be Doing
Providing prompt and precise responses to inquiries from parents through phone and email
Guiding and supporting student ambassadors to effectively showcase our programs during tours
Organizing the logistics for tours and shadow days with meticulous attention to detail
Keeping our CRM & SIS systems updated with current admissions records
Assisting in the creation of scalable manuals and processes for future campuses
What You Wont Be Doing
Developing or directing the admissions strategy
Supervising a team or managing multiple campuses
Engaging in curriculum development or direct student instruction
Customer Support Representative Key Responsibilities
Ensure a flawless admissions process that embodies the high standards and efficiency of 2 Hour Learning.
Basic Requirements
Over 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer support or sales
Proficient in both written and verbal communication
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
A passion for education and a commitment to student success
Authorization to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship
Nice-to-have Requirements
Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software
Experience in admissions, education, or fast-paced settings

Working with Crossover
This is a part-time (20 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $30,000 USD/year assuming 20 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
