Responsibilities
? Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
? Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures to clients
? Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction
? Document client interactions and maintain detailed records of all communications
? Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed
? Assist in the training of new team members to promote consistent service delivery

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
? Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred
? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
? Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
? Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
